Batch Submission

Submit many submissions via uploading an excel file.

If you have a collection of publications and annotations for one or more entries, instead of adding one at a time, you can follow the file template provided below and upload a file with annotations.

Checklist

1. For publications added to UniProt review entries, please make sure that the publication you are adding has not yet been curated by UniProt (in the publication section the publication status does NOT show as "reviewed"). If you add a publication that has been curated in the respective entry, it will not be added.
2. Make sure you follow the format as shown in template file
3. Make sure the UniProt accessions are current (you can check using ID mapping/retrieval tool in UniProt, https://www.uniprot.org/uploadlists/. Enter list of UniProt accessions and make sure that all were successfully mapped)
4. Always add names and/or annotations that correspond to the protein in question
5. By uploading the file you agree that your ORCID appears with the publications/annotations you add
